How do you interpret the results sheet for Public Forum?

Thanks.

H/L - This is the first tiebreaker other than wins and losses. It'll look at two 4-0 teams and see that one has 110 speaker points and the other has 91 speaker points. However, it then drops the best round and the worst round for both teams, meaning it's essentially judging their middle two rounds. So if team one went 30, 28, 25, 22 and team two went 30, 28, 27, 10, the tiebreaker will go to team two because 28+25 is less than 28+27.
PTS - This is flat out speaker points. If two team's H/Ls are tied, the computer undrops them, and looks at total speakers.
D H/L - This is double high-lows and it goes into effect after fifth round. Same thing as high low but it drops the two best and two worst scores.
OppWin - This tiebreaks based off of who faced harder opponents. A person who has equal H/L, PTS, and D H/L but whose opponents have won more rounds than the other team's opponents will win this tiebreaker.
JVar - This is a number that the computer generates that is, in essence, on average how much better your judges think you are than your opponents. A JVar of 3.25, for example, means that your judges awarded you 3.25 more speaker points than they did all of your opponents, once averaged.
RND - A random number the computer generates to ensure that there is not an unbreakable tie. This is the last tie-breaker and only goes into effect if all of the above tiebreakers come out even between two or more teams.
